... when circulating a working paper for comments, never put on "citations only permitted with the permission of author"

or "no parts of this paper can be used without permission of author". Rather, say "when using parts of this paper please give proper citation and help yourself". Be delighted if someone wants to quote you ... (p.7)

yes ... we are a caring lot ... we care a lot for others ...

but bagi yang hanya memerhati ini ...
mereka yang miskin dan fakir ditinggalkan for others to care ... yang mampu, the professionals, berpelajaran tinggi dan punya harta di mana agaknya mereka ... gamitan dollar and pound adalah lebih menarik ...

actually sedih saja melihat ... yang ada sangat sangat sangat berada ... whilst yang tiada pula sangat sangat sangat bertiada ...

... jurang yang tiada  jambatannya ... bila banyak hati hati yang keras ...
