i like the apple bit ... but green apples ... kalau kat kedai makan minta 3 apples ... juice kan dia ... no water no sugar no ice ... this will give us the perfect paper cupful used for cold drink tu ... and pay for three cups of course :) ... rm4.50 kat senawang (yang kedai saya biasa ni lah ... :)

sendiri dirumah lagi murah ... 

and nuts ...almonds .... Oghang Besar di rumah bawa balik berkilo so AlhamduLillah sentiasa ada supply of fresh almonds ... kena ketuk kulit dia nak keluarkan nuts (kernels) tu ...

(now that reminds me kena beli nut cracker hehe ...)

and pisang ... cavendish banyak di hypermarket ... tak putus supply insyaAllah ...

senangkan ... sedap pula :)
