Asam pedas ikan ...


Assalamualaikum wbt ...

AlhamduLillah syukur ... hari ini a bit rajin ...
 makan malam masak asam pedas ikan ...
 i can't believe it that berusaha sungguh mencari bahan-bahan seperti mana disaran di resepi ...

3 resepi yang di compare and contrast (kalau ikut resepi mak senang je :) ... and i thought i'll try to be a bit adventurous ... i chose recipe no 3 ...

why ...

ramai kata dah cuba ... and sedap sampai licin pinggan :)

so cuba ... asam pedas with jintan putih and jintan manis! ...

hasilnya saya buat pekat ... reneh lama sikit jadi macam sauce kari tak bersantan pula ... which was okay since suami sedang pantang santan ...

also i blended half tomato along with the blended ingredients ... along with extra onion ... tu yang pekat ... memang alhamdulillah licin pinggan ...

actually ... my modified recipe was a bit rich ... meaning sauce nya pekat ... next time yang cair pula ... sedap hirup macam soup je ... :)

    Sham mmg sukaaaaa sgt asam pedas. Tp version Omak sey mmg sempoi la. Hasil.. kuah siap bersudu.. pinggan tetap licin.
    Apo yg Omak kito masak.. sumo eh sodap kan.

    P/s; Dah try asam podeh kek Giant Senawang?
    Kato adik Sham.. buleh tahan gak.. tapi kodai yg mano.. ontah la pulak..

      yesss ... asam pedas sempoi cair tu cara orang ns ... ni macam soup je ... kuah taruk banyakkk hehe ...

      kat giant tu okay juga ... tetapi kadang kadang ada teman teman complained sakit perut ... mungkin bila nak cepat cili tak cukup masak tumisnya ... ke perut teman teman tu tak made in ns ... anyway hati hati je bila makan di luar :)

      itu cadangan yang baik ... tak pernah cuba asam pedas ayam atau daging tetel ... daging tetel tu kami di ns suka buat masak lemak cili padi tetapi tak pekat kuahnya ... cair sikit ... nak kena cari resepi asam pedas daging tetel pula ni ... thanks Eliza :)
