cerita sedih je ...


Bismillahirrahmanirrahim
 اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
Assalamu'alaikum warahmatullah wabarakatuh
Alhamdulillah syukur ...
AlhamduLillah syukur ... masih yakin bahawa setiap semua tetap ada cara bagi penambahbaikan ... i don't and won't give up trying ... although many times suami dah pesan "you're not the mayor of the city" ... but i believe yang baik wajar dihebahkan dan yang perlu penambahbaikan perlu dimaklumkan ... Allahu a'lam ... AlhamduLillah ...

cerita sensitif sikit hari ni ...

mungkin perasan mungkin tidak ... yang budaya kita masih belum dapat menerima konsep "maklumbalas" buat penambahbaikan ... i'm so into this due to my training ... 
in quality management ... giving feedback both praise for service or job well done and feedback for gaps and lapses that can be improved is a natural part of me ...

most of the time i do bite my lips ... and let things be ... take it or leave it as most would say ...

ceritanya ...

bulan Ramadhan yang mulia bawa rezeki ramai pengusaha makanan dan minuman ... we are not into kuih muih ... but loved grilled chickens and quails ...

i frequented a particular kedai for these barbequed birds ... but lately i noticed swarm of flies at the place ... they did make an effort to swipe away those bugging insects (fly kaki enamkan - satu ciri insect right :) ... but to no avail ... i would wait by the grill and would immediately request for the piping hot birds to be packed once done ...

but those other grilled parts were put in trays for other customers ...

and the bugs were immediately all over ... 

rupa sekor daripadanya ...

dah bungkus itu ini ... at the counter i mentioned in passing to the lady owner ... 
"banyak lalat ye" ...

and she jawab rather on higher than the polite decibel i might say ...

"memang mana-mana pun banyak lalat ... kat pasar-pasar Ramadhan ... kat rumah you pun ada lalat"

"lalat tak ape ... jangan langau" ... 
and i'm bit what ...? ... what's the difference between them ...

ni dia langau ... comel tak saya :)

then i said ...
"Puan i'm not complaining ... just informing ... maybe boleh tutup tray dengan plastik ke ..."

she jawab "macam mana nak tutup ... orang nak beli"

not wanting to extend the matter i said "it's okay Puan ..." paid and left.

it was not my first visit and i was a familiar face ... but yet again ... i forgot to bite my lips ... harddd ... and shut up ... :)

life is like that right ... 
a good intention gone unpleasant ... but ... kan omak dah kobar ... masak seniri ... toksah boli-boli :)

    This is what i'm trting to say..when we talk about halal haram..kebanyakkannya akan fikir cara penyembelihan jer..but there is more than that..kebersihan makanan, tpt penyedian, cara penyediaan semua tu kena ambil kira..baru kita bley claim mknan yg kita jual ni halal & toyyibah..

      halalan toyyiban ... the highest quality standard for us ... but itu lah again i would say ... our people sangattt tak sudi dengar maklumbalas ... and this is not my first experience ... kita maklum elok-elok je ... but they truly were offended instead of saying "thank you, we'll try to manage it. thank you for coming".... i wait for the day of such reaction ... dalam BM atau BI ... atau mungkinkah hanya dalam mimpi ... :)

    Kebersihan adalah satu aspek paling penting dlm penyediaan makanan. Kalau kat sini dah lama kena tutup tu.

    Pernah ada satu restoran Melayu Islam Malaysia di buka di Frankfurt ini (dengan jenama, pakaian, hiasan dsb yg sungguh bercirikan islamik) tetapi masyaAllah..kotor restorannya.

    Sebulan kemudian diarahkan tutup oleh badan berwajib. 2 minggu selepas itu baru nampak perubahan, namun kebersihannya tidak setanding atau at par dengan restoran2 lain disini.
