milk thistle ...

hmm ... sambung cerita hati yang sedih ... :) ... hati is liver okay ...
 
itu ini itu ini, blood test for this and that with the specialist at another hospital yesterday ... and i ended up with a special addition to my daily menu ... milk thistle capsule for the liver ...
