1. Buying old pondok as an investment is a very good idea :) ... call it cottage if we wish for a tinge of the romantics

2. Marketing is a must if we wish our work known ... methods and channels aplenty

3. Even if we are good, or very very good ... if we don't venture beyond our fence ... something like this will be said of us ...
