semalam menyusur naik komuter ke sekolah jumpa cikgu 1, cikgu 2 dan a new cikgu who is going to be one of my internal examiners ...

syukur sangat punya cikgu cikgu yang sangat membantu semangat ... yang kadang kadang serabut di tiup ribut ...

we had a lengthy discussion and conversation in a very supportive environment ...

10 ++ pm sampai rumah semula AlhamduLillah ...

ni cerita sardin pula ... 

apa saja yang memudahkan proses masak saya suka ... 

jalan jalan cari "apa ada dalam sup bunjut" nak buat sup ayam nasi ayam istimewa sedap sangat ... jumpa pula Kina's Place ...

baca baca baca entry nya ... ada pula a simple cara masak sardin kari ... yang saya belum pernah cuba ... maka di cuba lah masak kari senang amat sangat ni ... saya guna sardin mackerel yang sederhana je takut pula tidak memenuhi cita rasa karang membazir pula ...

masyaAllah ... hasilnya lazat amat ... terus cakap nak buat one more round with the other can ...

makan dengan nasi sedap ... dengan roti dan capati pun sedappp ...

saya ikut lebih kurang cara Kina lah ...

panas minyak ... add 1 bawang besar dadu halus ... add 3 bawang putih hiris ... goreng layu kekuningan ... add 2 sudu besar kari ikan ... tumis garing berlinang minyak ... add santan pekat sedia beli about 1/2 cup ... add water to thin ... add 2-3 potatoes cubed ... masak kejap nak empuk kan potatoes tu ... add 1 can sardine ... saya suka sardine cap ayam lah apa lagi :) ... add air asam jawa to taste ... and add garam also to taste ... first time i added a bit of sugar ... masak kuah empuk potato ... angkat

second time around ... 

nak lagi cepat sibuk benarlah konon ... rebus half empuk cubed potatoes with a bit of salt in a pot ... then add potatoes dengan air air nya sekali ke dalam kari lepas add santan ...

i used asam keping the second time around ... and this was easier to remove when rasa masam nya dah ikut selera ... and no sugar ... taste greattt as well ... very soothing curry untuk yang tak suka dan tak boleh pedas ... 

yang sedap sangat potato nya tu :)

simple ... no bahan penumis no daun daun ...

Grounded theory ...

this GT thing is really affecting my way of looking at things ... making sense ...

one becomes more sensitive to the tones and colours (figurative colours) emanating from words ...

concepts menerjah minda sambil sambil basuh pinggan ...

Alhamdulillah ...

 and again i must say terima kasih sungguh pada owner of Kacang Rebus ...

although not my research subject matter ... his story has

triggered many things ...

1. motivated me to write more diligently ... daily

2. given me plenty of opportunities to perah otak for higher level abstractions ... and providing me with new surprising concepts ... for GT

3. and of course catharsis ... bila tengok (baca sebenarnya tetapi rasa macam tengok) orang nangis kita pun sama pula jujur air mata ... tetapi air mata kita setakat tu je lah ... sapu sapu lap balik kering lah dia ... air mata yang empunya diri sure lah berkolam kolam dalam diri ...

but kita pun tumpang jugelah melepas perasaan hehehe...

Memoing ...

the concept of Memoing is intrinsic in Grounded Theory methods ...

and thinking on line is another method of memoing for me ...

the on line process makes me more sensitive to my own thoughts and words, because i am aware that they are being read by others ...

although many may claim intellectual property rights and worry that our thoughts may be plagiarised by others, the advantage of openly thinking about an issue and concepts actually far outweigh the risk of being plagiarised ...

~

in simpler terms ... one of the rewards of  this online thinking is we can voice out our thoughts, unlimited by time and context ... it is an interaction that clarifies points to oneself whilst feeling that one is discussing the matters with others ... 

~

 i hope the Grounded Theorists agree with me ... :) ... I can't say ... AAK (Ada Aku Kesah ... what do i care ... :) because i have to defend the thoughts ... :)

i have to invite others to accept my approach and use the same approach ... then and only then i may claim the Reliability of this approach ...
